Synopsis

Royal Beaudry goes to the New Mexico town where his sheriff father was killed earlier, and where his father's friend Dave Dingwell now has been kidnapped by the Rutherford outlaws. Afraid of danger, Royal enters the territory under an assumed name. He is discovered quickly by Beulah Rutherford, the daughter of the gang's leader Hal Rutherford. After realizing that her father is involved in criminal activity, Beulah regrets her betrayal of Royal and helps him escape after he has been wounded by the Rutherford gang. Royal manages to rescue Dingwell, but Beulah still believes Royal is a coward. Royal wins a desperate fight, and rescues Beulah from a pit, after which she falls in love with the brave Royal.
