Synopsis
Derek Calhoun, a secretary, falls in love with his boss's girl friend, Teddy O'Day, a Follies girl. Ashamed of his poverty, he steals from his employer, Winthrop, to buy her a gift. Discovering the theft and the fact that Calhoun is going out with Teddy, Winthrop has him arrested but later asks that he be pardoned.
