Synopsis
Hugh Whittaker, who believes he has only a few months to live, meets a girl who has been deserted by her lover and marries her to prevent a scandal when she returns home. He goes to Europe, recovers his health, and returns to New York where he meets and falls in love with Sara Law, an actress. Sara recognizes Hugh as her husband but she becomes the victim of kidnapers and is not reunited with Hugh until he trails her; then she reveals herself as his wife.
