Synopsis

Dr. Peyton Westlake, disguised as a drug-selling thug, interrupts a major underworld transaction being processed by the ruthless Peter Rooker, who is involved in all kinds of illegal activities under the guise of legitimate businesses. Rooker wants control of an advanced steroid which will make his henchmen invincible. Additionally, Rooker is obsessed with learning the mysteries of Darkman's enormous powers. Rooker's mistress, the evil Dr. Bridget Thorne, secures Westlake's confidence and he agrees to to an experimental operation on his ravaged body. Bridget, working for Rooker, intends to use steroid components from Westlake's blood to duplicate for the underworld market, putting Westlake in the position of fighting for his survival.
