Synopsis
A filmmaker's life unravels as he directs a documentary of the Irish rock band U2, during the course of their world tour. The filmmaker is in love with a woman in Paris, but during a drunken night marries another woman in Las Vegas. His true love learns of his marriage to another woman, when a video of the wedding is played back on a 400-foot screen during a U2 stadium concert.

Writer-director Phil Joanou previously directed the U2 documentary "U2 Rattle and Hum" (US/UK/1988) as well as five of band's music videos.
Some principal photography took place in Capetown, South Africa during a live performance of U2's "Pop Mart" world tour, additional scenes were also filmed with principle actors.
Began shooting May 4, 1998.
Completed shooting June 25, 1998.
